Brewing The Perfect Cup

Choice of brewing vessel:
Purple Clay, porcelain, ceramic or glass brewing vessel.

Brewing Hints:
Add tea leaves to the brewing vessel until 1/2 filled.
Pour 75°C-85°C fresh boiled water into brewing vessel and drain the tea infusion off immediately.
1st brew is not for drinking, the purpose is for the tea leaves to unfurl and moisten. This helps release the full flavour of tea for a satisfying brew.
For the 2nd brew, refill the brewing vessel with 75°C-80°C fresh boiled water, steep for approximately 30 seconds to extract the full flavour.
Serve. Re-steep the leaves in a similar manner to enjoy the tea as it develops from steep to steep; continue re-steeping until the leaves are exhausted of flavour."

冲泡方法

选器：紫砂、陶、瓷或玻璃泡茶器。

冲泡方法：
按泡茶器容量的1/2比例，置入茶叶。
将75°C-80°C开水注入泡茶器，随即把茶水倒出，首泡不作饮用。
目的在于醒茶，让茶叶舒展温润，以利下一泡茶发挥滋味。
次泡复以75°C-80°C开水注满泡茶器，浸泡约30秒，倒出品饮。
可反复冲泡数次。

贮存法：置放於阴凉、干燥、通风、避光和无异味之处。"
